PBO Critical Functions

The back office staff at PBO receives its “marching orders” from information entered into the Dotche by either the donor alone (donations), the donor with community foundation staff approval (grant recommendations, fund portfolio changes), or the community foundation staff alone (e. g. fund sub-account creation, discretionary grant awards, grant payments, fund or foundation portfolio changes, expense payments, etc.). The back office functions are supported by data integration that leverages the existing data exchange capabilities of Dotche.
